“Cheernastics” is a common phrase to describe this type of class. This is designed for athletes interested in learning specific tumbling skills, skills in this class are limited to floor only.

Tumbling 3/4:

PRE-REQUISITES: Standing Back Handspring on Floor unassisted

REVIEW/REFINE: Back Handspring, Front Handspring

CAMP SKILLS: Round off BHS, Round off BHS/BHS, Starting Drills for Standing Tuck, Roundoff Tuck, Roundoff BHS Tuck

Starting Layout Drills (Progression to Fulls), Front Tumbling – Front Handspring, Punch Front, Aerials (TUMBLE 4)

PRICE:  $180 ($50 deposit due upon registration – Final Payment due 2 weeks prior)

DAYS:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (No Wednesday class)

TIME:  9AM – 1PM

ALL CAMPERS ARE TO BRING A WATER BOTTLE AND A PEANUT FREE SNACK OR LUNCH EACH DAY!
