Existing Client Registration

3 Payment option MUST be requested – Click “My Account” tab and the 3 Installment Option in the e-payment schedule.

Instructions for (First time use) APP users:

To complete your account using our new APP, users are required to create a password. It’s a quick and easy process.

  1. Click the “EXISTING CLIENT REGISTRATION” Portal link above OR: Download our new APP!
  2. Enter your email address we have on file and click on “I don’t know my password”.
  3. Next enter the email address gym tiME has on file for you then hit “continue”. (A message pops up that your password has been reset and emailed to you. It will confirm your email address).
  4. Retrieve your password logging into your personal email account. Copy it.
  5. Then enter in your email & password through our new APP.

Registration with our new APP is available for Special Event Activities, Clinics, Camps, and all classes offered at gym tiME.

All children currently enrolled or have ever attended a class or special event, you are already enrolled in classes at gym tiME, please do not create a new account. Simply follow the instructions above.


** Note:  With the 3 Payment option there is a $10 processing fee (for cash AND credit card payments) per session per family. 

**Credit card and/or bank account info MUST be on account for 3 payment option**

  • 1st payment (plus $10 Fee) – Upon Registration
  • 2nd payment due following month (date determined by session)
  • 3rd payment due the following month after 2nd payment (date determined by session)

**Please note that a $10 Late Fee will be applied to an account where payment is 5 days or more late**

**Please note, declined transactions will result in a $10 penalty. 

1 declined transaction per family, per session will be waived.  Any additional declined transactions will result in a $10 penalty.**
