This class focuses on beginners and advanced Ninja athletes interested in Ninja competition. In this class there will be scaled down versions of the elite obstacles of the National Ninja League (NNL). This class follows the Recreational Ninja League (RNL) curriculum which helps athletes prepare for the elite obstacles.
