GYMNASTICS LEVEL 1 (5 – 6 yrs)
Fundamentals are essential to the sport of gymnastics. Level 1 is designed for the beginner gymnast. In addition to learning basic skills on all 4 events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor), Level 1 gymnasts learn the importance of muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Level 2 (Ages 5-7)
