NINJA WARRIOR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED (6 yrs & up)

Prerequisites:
1. Good Listening Skills
2. Follows Directions Well
STUDENTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS UNASSISTED:
3. Cart-Wheel
4. Handstand
5. Ninja Roll/Forward Roll/Dive forward Roll
5. Precision Jumps
Are your little ones obsessed with American Ninja Warrior? Are they constantly jumping and flipping over your furniture? Your child will be introduced to basic Ninja Warrior Parkour skills. This class is designed to progress skills by incorporating strength and flexibility exercises into their tumbling, jumping, swinging, and balancing drills. Small obstacles courses will be utilized to have your little flippers learn safe ways to incorporate Ninja skills into their everyday life.
*All week 1 enrollments are subject to a skill evaluation to ensure skill level matches appropriate class and will be adjusted if needed.
